  • Reiki is an energy moving technique based on the principle that the practitioner can channel energy into the client by means of touch, being in close proximity (hands hovering over body), or at a distance.

    Kundalini Reiki works on an energetic level using natural life force energy. It helps relieve emotional stresses like anxiety, grief, anger, and feelings of being weighed down. Reiki helps to ease pain. It also clears energy blockages in the chakras, the body’s aura and the meridian system. The dictionary defines Kundalini as the yogic life force energy that is said to lie coiled at the base of the spine at the root chakra until it is aroused and sent to the head to trigger enlightenment .

    Reiki is a great tool to use as a complementary addition to current medical treatments, but should not be used as a replacement if you’re under the care of a doctor.

  • Reiki can help with a variety of issues not limited to anger and anxiety, aura cleaning, grief, insomnia, stress, and trauma relief.

  • Reiki is most beneficial when done in several sessions, but you can always start with single sessions and go from there.

  • Individuals may experience a variety of sensations, but this will vary from person to person. Some of the most common post-session experiences include:

    Deep relaxation: Reiki promotes a state of deep relaxation and calmness. Many individuals feel a profound sense of peace and tranquility during and after a session.

    Emotional release: Reiki has the ability to release stored emotions and promote emotional healing. It is not uncommon for people to experience a range of emotions during or after a session, including relief, sadness, or joy.

    Physical sensations: Some individuals may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or gentle vibrations during a Reiki session. These sensations can continue after the session as the body integrates the healing energy.

    It's important to note that everyone's experience with Reiki is unique, and the effects can vary. Some individuals may have immediate and noticeable changes, while others may experience more subtle shifts over time.

  • With any distance session, we recommend going where you won’t be disturbed or distracted. This can include getting comfortable in bed, the couch or chair. Putting on comfortable clothes can help and make sure you turn off your phone. Take a few minutes and take a few deep breaths to let your mind to be open and receptive to the healing energy. Everything’s going to be ok!

    For in person sessions, wear comfortable clothes, turn off your phone, and be open to receive the healing energy. We’ll do the rest!

However, please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of your payment.
